In addition to conference sessions, workshops and the Small Business Tech Expo including agency exhibits, attendees will have the opportunity to have one-on-one discussions with SBIR Program Managers, procurement specialists, organization and company representatives. The National SBIR/STTR Website & Resources booth will also be available on-site.

A limited number of One-on-One Tables are available for conference attendees in the conference SBIR Networking Area. If you are interested in participating in the Networking Room, please MARK the Networking Area Interest Box on the Conference Registration Form and you will be contacted. In addition to the basic conference registration fee, a nominal $50 per One-on-One Table fee will be charged to cover direct costs. These fees are in addition to the conference registration fee. Only conference participants can participate in the SBIR Conference Networking Area. Ten foot booth space in the SBTE will also be offered at a discounted rate to SBIR/STTR Conference attendees. With full conference registration, the $500 booth space rental will be discounted to $400. These requests must be made through the SBIR Conference Center. Space may be reserved in advance but will be confirmed upon payment of conference and exhibit fees. All space in either the conference Networking Area or the SBTE is provided on a first come basis.

In addition, exhibitors in the SBTE will have access to Presentation Area slots during the expanded Networking Breaks. These 15 minute presentation times will be scheduled in advance and all conference and SBTE attendees will be provided with a schedule. These Presentation Area time slots will provide an opportunity to inform other attendees of your capabilities, services or technologies. Presentation Area time slots are limited and will be honored on a first come basis for paid exhibitors.

Remember, the key time for attendees to interact in the Networking Areas is during the Expanded Networking Breaks and social times scheduled during the conference. As an attendee, you are not expected to have someone at your table or booth at all times.

Networking is the KEY to Success!

Expanded Networking Breaks are built into the program to provide you with time to meet with agency, organization and company representatives.
